AGM documents

Our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday the 23rd of November 2024 from 1 pm to 3pm at the Arcadian Surf Life Saving Club.

All positions on the Management Committee become vacant at the AGM. Members are encouraged to nominate for election. Please scroll down to download a nomination form. The nominee, proposer and seconder must all be current financial or life members of CDTLI.

Members who are unable to attend the AGM can appoint a Proxy to vote on their behalf. The Proxy form is available for download below.
